Tracking Number is updated usually within 5-7 Business Days. If your tracking number doesn't get any updates please don't worry, few of our products ships overseas and gets updates only when it arrive in customer destination country.
In rare cases, when we cannot provide you with the tracking number, you can avail 60 days of returning policy if the item does not arrive.
Please make sure to check your tracking number to see where your order currently is.
If the number says that you have received the order but you have not, it is most likely with your postal service.

We are not responsible for any lost return package, and will not process any refund if we do not receive the return package.
